Lissa A. Breault R.C.M, OLCM
Cheif Executive Officer
With over 30 years of experience in administration and bookkeeping, it was an easy shift for her to Condominium Management. Her previous business and financial experience, combined with over 10 years as Perth’s Premier Condominium Manager, gives her the unique ability to oversee the vision of your condominium, life lease or other regulated community. As a licensed manager, she focuses on your community running smoothly, being transparent with boards and residents alike, providing education and empowering others to make the best decisions possible to protect your collective investment. Lissa believes that your community deserves to be heard, and understands its need to shift with technology, legislation and an ever-changing financial landscape, to ensure that your investment is overseen with compassion and maintained with integrity.

Rick Breault OLCM
Maintenance Coordinator
With over 20 years of experience in construction and property maintenance, Rick is a highly knowledgeable and reliable member of the SMI team. His construction expertise spans buildings of all kinds, and his ability to remain flexible in new environments allows him to adapt and excel in various roles. Rick’s in-person responsiveness to the needs of your community and flexibility to shift gears easily, ensures emergent operations are taken care of efficiently. His commitment to enforcing rules and policies maintains order and efficiency. He thrives in high-pressure situations and enjoys the challenge of problem-solving, particularly in service, construction, and research.

Jessica Carter OLCM-L
Communications Admin Support
A master of multitasking, Jess plays a vital role in keeping SMI running smoothly by handling daily communications, bookings, and administration. Her gentle nature and approachable demeanour ensure that people feel heard and valued. With her help, other team members can focus on their core responsibilities without being bogged down by administrative tasks. Jess’s ability to juggle multiple duties ensures nothing slips through the cracks, and her contributions are integral to maintaining operational flow. So, it is no wonder that, with this host of skills, she has agreed to take the next steps toward becoming our newest licensed condominium manager. By completing the courses in 2026, she will take on a larger leadership role that will help us maintain our quality of service.
