Dufferin Street Townhomes #28

These community townhomes were previously owned by George Brown and were rental conversions in 2007 that began a trend in the area, which really turned the community around. These units are near the community arena, park, ball diamond, and the Army Navy hall. A recent community garden has been install and all the green space makes it perfect for all ages.  Working with them to improve their curb appeal and maintain their values has been a very rewarding endeavour reflected by their ability to show well.
